So, whenever you get those Course Points, you’re going to want to invest them straight away (well, before the next academic year kicks in). Better teachers will have a bigger effect on students. Better medical professionals will cure students quicker. Better private tutors will have bigger gains in 1-on-1 sessions. Training staff can not only boost your Campus Level, but it means that they’ll become more efficient staff members. One of the most overlooked aspects of Two Point Campus is the staff training aspect. Don’t forget to keep your staff happy as well - as happy staff are more efficient staff! What you do need to worry about is what kind of staff members you hire, which we go into more detail in our hiring guide. The majority of your outgoings will be towards your staff every month, so don’t worry too much about how much you spend here. Buying more plots is an absolute necessity as well, but do pay attention to various things that we discuss in our building guide here otherwise you’ll create an inefficient campus.īuilding is important, yes, but so too is hiring staff. Then, it’s a case of growth throughout your tenure. If you do this, you should be able to level up your campus and get some Course Points before you even start the first year! So that means: lecture theatre, toilets, staff room, student lounge, library, and whatever lesson classrooms you need. Make sure you have all the necessities before you kick things off.
